Is this a medical device?
No. Alméra is a personal wellness and skincare device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have specific health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider.
Can I use it with skincare products?
Yes! Alméra pairs beautifully with your favorite serums or oils. Apply your product first, then use Alméra to gently massage the area.
How do I clean it?
Simply rinse with warm water and mild soap. The IPX7 waterproof design makes cleaning effortless. Dry with a soft cloth and store in the velvet pouch.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge (approximately 2 hours via USB-C) lasts for multiple sessions. We recommend charging after every 3–4 uses.
What's your return policy?
If your device arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@almeracare.com with an unboxing video and photos showing the issue. Our after-sales team will verify and arrange a free replacement promptly. Your device is also covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
