1-Year Warranty
Every Alméra Red Light Wellness Device is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. If your device stops working properly due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your device arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@almeracare.com with:
Upon verification, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. In cases where a replacement isn't available, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Tip: We strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video when you open your package — this is required for any damage or defect claim and makes the process faster and easier.

Water damage beyond IPX7 rating (submersion deeper than 1 meter for over 30 minutes)
