Alméra stands behind the quality of every device we ship. If you experience any issues with your device, we're here to help.

1-Year Warranty

Every Alméra Red Light Wellness Device is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. If your device stops working properly due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your device arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@almeracare.com with:
  • Your order number
  • An unboxing video showing the condition of the package and device when first opened
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the problem
Upon verification, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. In cases where a replacement isn't available, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

Tip: We strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video when you open your package — this is required for any damage or defect claim and makes the process faster and easier.

Warranty Claims (Within 1 Year)
  1. Email support@almeracare.com with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a description of the problem
  1. Our team will review your claim and may ask for additional information to verify the manufacturing defect
  1. Once verified, we'll send a replacement unit or arrange a repair, typically within 5–10 business days
What's Not Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, or unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water damage beyond IPX7 rating (submersion deeper than 1 meter for over 30 minutes)
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, before they ship. Contact support@almeracare.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
